Anthony Ferrara

President and Founder

 

Anthony earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. While attending the university he served as an electronics specialist at the UH Department of Physics. Anthony’s responsibility as an electronics specialist was to assist the Oceanography Department in project management, design, manufacture of testing equipment, deploying and recovery of oceanography instrumentation, and sample analysis. After graduation, Anthony was hired by Electronic Power Technologies Inc. During his 9 year tenure with E.P.T., He performed CEMS and COMS maintenance, auditing, and reporting services for clients throughout the State of Hawaii. In 2003 Anthony formed ATMOS and has been serving as President ever since its inception. Anthony frequently manages company projects, schedules audits, generates reports, and provides technical support for combustion improvement and emissions measurement projects. Years of experience with The Clean Air Act, Title V compliance requirements for air permits and complex emission monitoring projects throughout the State of Hawaii are a testimony of his expertise in the field. Anthony holds a commercial pilots license with the FAA and with the use of ATMOS’s private aircraft he has the ability to rapidly respond to client needs anywhere in the State.

 

 

Mark Pilger

Coordinator of Operations Hawaii Island

 

Mark holds a bachelors of Science in Mechanical engineering from the University of New York at Buffalo, a mechanical engineering license from the State of Hawaii, a fire protection engineering license from the state of California, and a Flight Instructor License from the FAA. Mark’s professional experiences and accomplishments make him an integral part of ATMOS’s infrastructure. Mark’s chief responsibilities include project management, auditing, maintenance, and customer relations at the ATMOS satellite office in Hilo, Hawaii. As a specialist with an engineering background Mark possesses a plethora of experience in troubleshooting, energy management, evaluating and designing modeling applications.

 

 

Tim Farr

Environmental Specialist

 

Tim holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Hawaii. Tim fills the position of Environmental Specialist within ATMOS. His responsibilities include: maintaining systems, equipment installation, compiling data and managing client’s inventories. Tim possesses exceptional aptitude for troubleshooting systems, sourcing materials and parts, and increasing process efficiency.
